MPH successfully completes first Cardiac Surgery

Performing an open heart surgery at Muscat Private Hospital is a milestone for the private healthcare sector as this is the first time such a complex surgery has been performed in Oman.

The Cardiac Surgery Programme at MPH is a comprehensive programme that aims at the surgical correction of all types of cardiac disorders, and offers an extensive range of cardiac services. The many cardiac services provided at MPH range right from coronary artery bypass surgery, heart valves surgery, major blood vessels disease and the surgical correction of congenital heart malformations. The Ministry of Health has inspected the cardiac surgery facilities and approved the programme.
