RAK Properties signs contract with UTICO for the supply of water and electricity to Mina Al Arab

RAK Properties has successfully signed an agreement with the major utility provider UTICO (of Ghantoot Group) for the supply of water and electricity for its upcoming prestigious project "Mina Al Arab" in RAK.

Mr. Mohammed sultan Al Qadi, MD & Chief Executive Officer of RAK Properties said that the company would be able, through this agreement, to supply water & electricity to the Mina Al Arab project.

Mr. Al Qadi mentioned that the agreement will help the end-user to have a regular and un-interrupted supply of water and electricity for the project and endorses the RAK Properties promise to fulfill its commitments for maintaining the highest standards of quality and service which is an integral part of its projects.

It is worthwhile to mention that work on the areas released for sale are going on in full steam and the company will strive to deliver the units on schedule.
