Al Mazaya sets '7 Zones' expansion plans toward UAE, Bahrain and Qatar

- PRESS RELEASE
Al Mazaya Holding, a leader in real estate development, has set up a seminar on its '7 Zones' project to demonstrate all the aspects of the project and the progress made within the development en route to its grand opening in August.
Eng. Khalid Esbaitah, Managing Director and CEO at Al Mazaya Holding, opened the seminar, speaking about the strategic importance of '7 Zones' to the construction, contracting and design sectors, as well as the project's importance to Kuwait.
Esbaitah said, "7 Zones aims to provide construction-related markets with all the services and materials required to assist them in building their dream home or office. It could easily have been very similar to many specialized shopping complexes, but after a careful study conducted by Al Mazaya, and with the help of B&A Co. of Florida, we were able to draw a different perspective for the project from the work of the artist Mondrian, resulting in a one-of-a-kind project that combines the normal concept of construction and contracting with an astounding framework."
"Seeing what a huge impact the crisis has had on the world, the need for a distinguished project, such as 7 Zones, that aids in the resumption of projects, large and small alike, became clear. So we aimed to register 7 Zones as an exclusive trademark, which we will seek to expand throughout all GCC countries starting with UAE, Qatar and Bahrain, as well as the Middle East and North Africa," added Esbaitah.
After a video showing the different aspects of 7 Zones was shown, Esbaitah talked in detail about the project saying, "7 Zones is based on all-in-one services, where lots of choices, trademarks, and experts are available to reduce cost and effort, and save time."
Added Esbaitah, "We hope for 7 Zones to be an outstanding hallmark for specialized shopping malls in Kuwait. 7 Zones is not an ordinary shopping complex and a place for buyers to visit, but a haven for those who seek the latest in the fields of construction, contracting, design, engineering creativity, etc."
Esbaitah also talked about the '7 Zones Design Center' saying, "Through the 7 Zones Design Center, Al Mazaya will showcase the creative designs of investors and occupants, adding an aesthetic touch to projects. 7 Zones offers visitors the chance to be creative via the numerous advices and recommendations offered by the engineers and experts residing in the complex, as well as contractors who are willing to help in the execution of the designs selected by visitors to the complex."
7 Zones includes a multi-use hall equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment, available at reasonable prices for hire by those wishing to hold seminars or exhibitions. Al Mazaya will be hosting seminars and training courses on a periodic basis.
Esbaitah ended his talk with a mention of the 'Kuwaiti Creative Zone' and the social role it will play in supporting the creative Kuwaiti youth by providing them with work space where they will be able to release their creativity, all at reasonable prices.
At the end, Eng. Salwa Malhas, Executive Vice President at Al Mazaya Holding, said that Al Mazaya has prepared a marketing plan that would support the complex for the year-long period. "We believe that the success of any commercial complex is not all dependent on the trademarks and products, but, in large part, is dependent on the management, who support shop owners and encourage them to be creative and attract visitors to the complex. Therefore, we will conduct periodic visits to the shops to develop new services and attract more visitors to the complex."
