Al Salam Bank-Bahrain sponsors UoB's Career Day

Al Salam Bank-Bahrain, in its continued endeavor to fulfill its duty towards Corporate Social Responsibility, has again committed to one of the renowned national activities organized by the University of Bahrain by sponsoring the University's Career Day being held between 23 and 25 March 2009.
"During the three days, the Bank as a sponsor and one of the major participants has set up a dedicated stand to receive and advice students who are interested in a career in the banking sector," Al Balooshi said.
"Al Salam Bank-Bahrain believes that reputable academic institutions such as the University of Bahrain are making invaluable contribution to the local market as they produce qualified resources to meet the demands of the competitive and dynamic financial and other employment sectors, and that the students of today the future leaders of our economy," she noted, adding that "for this purpose we are always eager to join hands with such reputable institution and participating in such events."

Al Salam Bank-Bahrain:Incorporated on 19 January 2006 in the Kingdom of Bahrain with a paid-up capital of BD120m ($318m), Al Salam Bank-Bahrain (B.S.C.) commenced commercial operations on 17 April 2006.
