Offtec provides Ruwwad with Techno notebooks

'Mousab Khorma Youth Empowerment Fund' currently provides 280 scholarships to young people in Jabal Al-Nathif and the surrounding communities.

The program provides students with full or partial university and community college scholarships, internship opportunities, vocational training program, IT, English and workplace skills, employment opportunities upon graduation, support for the purpose of starting their own business, developing a social entrepreneurship project or pursuing an artistic or creative ability, besides opportunities to volunteer and give back to their own communities as each student who benefits from the scholarship has to give back to the society by volunteering at least six hours weekly as minimum.

Offtec will be providing Techno notebooks to these students as part of its strategy in supporting local communities and particularly the educational sector in Jordan.

We are thrilled with this agreement that will definitely improve the current teaching system and provide our society with competent computer literate graduates."

This is not the first time that Offtec supports such an initiative, as Offtec has launched the Philadelphia university initiative last year, and the Techno notebooks initiative in cooperation with Science and Technology University, Intel, and Microsoft.
