The tournament will start on March 25, 2009 at the Al Ghandi Chevrolet Showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The tournament will run for 2 days in each city with Stop 2 in, Abu Dhabi from April 3, 2009, Stop 3 in Sharjah from April 10, Stop 4 in Doha from April 17, Stop 5 in Cairo from April 24, Stop 6 in Kuwait from April 30, Stop 7 in Dammam from May 7, Stop 8 in Riyadh from May 14, and Stop 9 in Jeddah from May 21. The final round1 will be held in Dubai on May 29, 2009.

Each game will be played one-on-one on the Xbox 360, with rounds 1 and 2 consisting of 10 minute matches, whereas the Quarter/Semi and final games will be played for 30 minutes. The winners from each city will win a cash prize, qualify to the final round in Dubai, and receive an airfare and accommodation in Dubai. The winner of the Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 Cup will win a 2010 Chevrolet Cruze.
