"The Judicial Congregation is an important step in strengthening, enhancing and further unifying the judicial system of the UAE. This annual meeting serves as a common platform for Directors of Courts and Public Prosecution in the country to communicate, interact and discuss key issues, and initiate efforts to develop and modernise the judicial system and boost the UAE's human capital in the judicial service. In line with the UAE Strategic Plan, the Judicial Congregation aims to promote transparency and ultimately raise the standards of the judicial service."
"The discussions and actions taken during the Third Judicial Congregation will particularly focus on new concepts and best practices that will enable UAE Courts and Public Prosecution to effectively handle cases involving real estate and financial disputes. Furthermore, this activity ultimately aims to help us achieve our mission to consolidate the rule of law in the UAE and enable the judicial system to be a true reflection of the significant socioeconomic achievements of the UAE," added Dr. Huzaim.
The Judicial Congregation is held in line with the vision of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, who was the guest of honour during the first and second editions of the Judicial Congregation.
