The Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University, the first e-University in the U.A.E, hosts the 3rd Annual Scientific Quality Congress in the Middle East 2009 April 6th - 7th, 2009.

Focusing on Quality Movement in the Middle East; its perspectives and implementation challenges; cultural specifications and its impact on sustainable development, the 3rd Annual Quality Congress 2009 (QC3): Perspectives, Experiences, Challenges and Sustainable Impact is structured to integrate research capabilities across disciplines and countries to provide our societies with the appropriate quality instruments and tools.

The main theme of QC3, Quality and Excellence in the Middle East: Perspectives, Experiences, Challenges and Sustainable Impact is to enhance the understanding of the quality practices in the Middle East by providing further significant theoretical and practical streams which are anticipated to advance the findings of the Congress of last year, 2nd Annual Quality Congress 2008.
