UAE Women Leadership Program is a project initiated by Dubai Women Establishment and supported by Mohammed Bin Rashid Program for Leadership Development. The program comprises a two-year agenda for 35 students with an objective of developing future women leaders. 'Leading Change for Women' forms part of the learning sessions for UWLP.

The program aims to develop women leaders to be role models for all women in the UAE. It also focuses on building confidence and internalizing the belief that women leaders have the proper capabilities to drive and implement change.

The program includes five learning methods: Understand, Envision, Execute, Reflect, and Sustain that focus on developing leadership capabilities.

On the first day, the program discussed the first three phases by enforcing the role of 'Conversation Café' that encourages people to generate creative ideas, while the learning outcomes for this day engaged a well-known female leader to discuss her leadership experience.

The second day focused on interaction and personal connection by practicing specific skills and effective conversation techniques, as well as developing trust.

Maitha Al-Shamsi, Managing Director of DWE said passionately:
"The program is successfully enabling Emarati women to play a substantial role as senior leaders in the workforce. We look forward to developing their leadership skills to gain role models that represented UAE."

The final phase on the third day highlighted the importance of interacting with others as a team member and the proper way to create balanced teams with balanced contributions.
