The first phase of this contract is valued at 600 Million Dirham and extends over a period of two and a half years. The Royal Estates comprises of 3,600,000 sq. ft of premium commercial, residential, retail propositions and a 5-star hotel that are fully integrated towards creation of this mixed-use elite community.
The construction has been planned in three phases with the first phase of this awarded contract including the construction of premium office and retail amenities, eight residential low-rise buildings and 193 townhouses.
