Cairo Amman Bank launches 'Employee of the Month' incentive scheme

Reflecting the Bank's philosophy of empowering employees and encouraging their performance, Cairo Amman Bank launches "Employee of the Month" as a new reward scheme for honoring distinguished employees.

The 'Employee of the Month' incentive scheme will award the chosen employee with a solid gold Cairo Amman Bank emblem, in addition to the Bank's Certificate of Merit for his/her outstanding performance; presented by the General Manager Mr. Kamal Al Bakri.

"We believe that Cairo Amman Bank employees are a vital asset for the Bank, their performance is the key to our success. We always strive to motivate our people and give them incentives to excel in banking and customer service."


said Mr. Al Bakri.

Cairo Amman Bank's 'Employee of the Month' is selected based on several areas of criteria, such as: exceeding expectations in job duties, displaying exceptional skills through working within their department as well as with all other departments.
