The aim of the system is to facilitate the procedures of requesting and receiving insurance services through an easy to use and widely available medium. The system maintains highest levels of online security for handling client data and e-payment transactions.
The e-commerce site was fully designed and developed using the advanced Form Builder in Eskadenia's Content Management System (Eskadenia CMS).
Earlier this year, the Arab Orient website received the Bronze Trophy at the Jordan Web Awards for the Banks and Insurance Category, as the first and only Jordanian insurance company awarded such a trophy.
"We aim through these pioneering electronic insurance services to keep up with the latest global development in the insurance industry. This is not our first project with Eskadenia as we have partnered with them in automating our business operations through implementing the Eskadenia software systems for general insurance, medical insurance, ERP, workflow and customer relationship management since year 2004,"
