DTCM participates in GIBTM 2009

For the third successive year, the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), along with 45 co-participants, is participating in the Gulf Incentives, Business Travel and Meetings (GIBTM-2009) exhibition to promote and market the emirate as ideal year-round Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) destination.
At a pre-fair meeting, the DTCM Director of Overseas Promotions, Mr. Saleh Al Geziry, and Mr. Talal Al Suwaidi, Head of India, Middle East and North Africa Region at Overseas Promotions Department, briefed the co-participants about the arrangements made by the DTCM for the emirate's tourism industry.
Organised by Reed Exhibitions, the GIBTM has been designed as a place to learn, gather and exchange information, create new relationships and conduct MICE business.
The Dubai Stand co-participants include DTCM's Human Resources and Training Solutions, Dubai Convention Bureau (DCB), Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS)
Dubai Stand measures 406 square metres at the GIBTM-2009, which is expected to attract over 275 exhibitors, including hotels, destinations, and suppliers looking to target the regional and international MICE industry and business travel industry.
