Stressing the role of family businesses in fulfilling this vision, Eng. Ms. Shahd al Hammadi, an Emirati staff member commented: "I have been here for the last couple of months and my experience so far is equivalent to a year's exposure in other work environments. The multi-cultural people and exposure to international level projects and work environment have greatly contributed to my personal and professional development. I look forward to an enriching career in this organisation. "
S.S.
