Dana Gas opens new head office

HE Sheikh Ahmed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Honorary Chairman of Dana Gas, yesterday officially opened the new offices of Dana Gas at an inauguration ceremony attended by the Board of Directors and senior management of the company.

Dana Gas, which is listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, already has a network of four regional offices in three continents (Saudi Arabia, the Kurdistan region of Iraq, Egypt and the UK) and has business activities right across the wider Middle East region, North Africa and South Asia (MENASA).

The Company, which currently employs more than 400 professional staff, plans to open additional offices throughout the MENASA region to enhance new business development and support existing projects.

Commenting on the occasion, Rashid Al Jarwan, General Manager of Dana Gas said, "The opening of this new head office, together with our plans for additional offices, demonstrates our confidence in the future and our commitment to the region. We have a growing number of projects and business activities under development, supported by our network of offices and professional staff across the region. We are grateful to our Board of Directors and shareholders, for their continuous support for Dana Gas."
