Dubai Quality Group participates in Emirates Career Fair 2009

The three-day event is organized by the Dubai World Trade Centre in cooperation with the National Human Resources Development and Employment Authority (Tanmia), the Emirates National Development Program (ENDP), the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), Zayed University and the UAE University.

As a corporate sponsor, Dubai Quality Group participates in the UAE's premier job fair which aims to enable talented UAE nationals in all fields to meet directly with recruiters and hiring managers from top employers.

Stemming from its commitment to spreading the concepts of quality and excellence among fresh graduates, Dubai Quality Group participates in the fair through its stand No.5 in Hall 1.

Samia Al Yousuf, Managing Director of DQG, said

She pointed out that the Group is always keen to provide the necessary support related to quality management to UAE students by granting them the individual membership. The membership gives Emirati students all the facilities they need in preparing their researches, including the use of the Group's library and borrowing its books, as well as a chance to get acquainted with the "European Foundation Quality Management Excellence Model and the possibility of participation in all training programs, seminars, workshops and other activities of sub-groups affiliated to the DQG.

Dubai Quality Group is considered one of the UAE's leading organizations in the development of the quality concept, especially with its partners from both government and private organizations and establishments.

On her part, Hajar Al Eissa, Corporate Support Manager at the DQG, said the Group organizes conferences, symposiums, workshops and training programs regularly with the aim of spreading and firmly establishing the principles and standards of quality in the country's organizations and companies.

She added that the most important event organized by the group this year is Ideas Arabia 4th International Conference 2009, scheduled to be held in Dubai on April 20 under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Ahmad Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman of Emirates Group.

The conference aims to provide a platform for individuals and local and regional organizations to exchange expertise and knowledge about the world's best management practices, as well as to recognize outstanding employees for their innovative ideas that contributed to the development of the level of performance of their organizations.
