Jacky's Express recognised as best electronics store

harjah City Centre has given it the 'Best Electronics and Telephone Accessories Store' award, whilst for the second year running it has been voted 'Best Electronics and Entertainment Store' by the Mall of the Emirates.

Both accolades were based on sales performance, operational compliance, marketing and promotions, and financial compliance criteria.

"These awards show yet again that our retail concept strikes a chord with digitally-driven consumers looking for fast-moving electronic products. Every year, we strive to exceed our previous year's performance, as we put great emphasis on achieving the highest possible standards of service for our loyal customers," said Jimmy Patel, General Manager of Jacky's Electronics.

In maintaining its philosophy of providing customer service second to none, the Company has appointed a specialist Customer Service Supervisor who will be in charge of all customer service executives in all Jacky's Electronics outlets across the UAE. The company currently focuses on developing customer services programmes to continue its drive to be more customer-centric.

"Jacky's has always placed a special emphasis on constantly improving customer service levels, as can be seen in our Group's Mission Statement to instil customer confidence from the heart by providing trusted brands, products and services. At Jacky's, we aim to go that extra mile to give our customers added value to exceed their expectations; and this new position will ensure that our customer service will guarantee a prompt and quality service," added Patel.

The MoE Award was presented by the Mall's Vice President, Fouad Sharaf to Ashish Panjabi, Chief Operating Officer of Jacky's Group of Companies; whilst the Sharjah City Centre Award was received by Jimmy Patel from Anna Mansour, Operations Manager of the Mall. Earlier this year, Jacky's Electronics was recognised for its 'Outstanding Performance in 2008' by Sony Vaio when Dharmender Lalai of Sony Gulf presented its award to Ashish Panjabi.
