Fahad Al Hassawi, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Du, said:
"Our Emiratisation programme is going from strength to strength and reached 20% in February 2009. Our participation at Careers UAE is a vital component of our strategy to meet the goal of 23 % Emiratisation by the end of 2009. We hope to meet and recruit many talented Emiratis during the event."
"The success of the first phase of Masar has encouraged us to launch Masar II and we are looking forward to recruit and train 100 fresh graduates in 2009 and help them become leaders of tomorrow to contribute to the UAE's development and nation-building," he added.
Masar is a programme specifically designed to identify talented Emirati high school and college graduates by providing a combination of intensive internal and external training programs as well as work-related assignments and projects that focus on developing them as future managers and leaders.
