CA launches new EMEA Partner Portal

CA, Inc. announced that it has launched a new multi-lingual CA Partner Portal for its resellers, integrators and distributors across EMEA.

The Internet portal provides one-stop, instant access to an extensive set of resources to support partners throughout the sales cycle and help them build their businesses.

The site is a new step in building a world-class platform to arm CA partners with the right tools to enable them, and help them grow their business and be profitable.

Exclusively available to members of the CA Partner Programme, the CA partner portal site includes sales and marketing, compensation, technical and enablement online tools and resources. It supports CA's tiered channel model, providing increasing levels of support and materials according to their programme level status.

On entering the portal, members are presented with a personalised dashboard, providing highly relevant content and information. Not only is this tailored for the partner organisation, but to the individual user too, meaning that there are multiple personalised dashboards for each partner.

In light of the economic climate and in response to partners' requests, the dashboard prioritises details such as financial incentives, available margin builder funds, renewal opportunities and new sales leads.

The redesign of the portal includes a convenient single sign-on for access to all the systems on the site and intuitive navigation which, when combined with the high degree of personalisation and information in local language, makes the user experience simple, fast and effective.

Gilbert Lacroix, SVP of EMEA Channel Sales at CA said, "The portal is a milestone in our singular goal to make our partners successful. Already it's proving to be a real success - the number of unique visitors accessing the site in February was up by 55% compared to the same month last year, and traffic has increased by 120%," he added.
