The National Arab Motors Kia Jordan organizes a "Before Service Event" in Aqaba

The National Arab Motors Kia-Jordan organized a "Before Service Event" at its new spare parts branch in Aqaba for Kia vehicles, which was held last Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00am till 5:00pm.

During the two days, the before service event conducted a check list of over 70 items for more than 100 Kia vehicles, by engineers and technicians from the National Arab Motors Kia-Jordan, in addition to technicians from its Kumho Tires branch, one of the biggest Korean companies in the tires industry.

Mr. Nihad Zacharia, General Manager of the National Arab Motors Kia-Jordan said:

"Due to the success and positive feedback that this event achieved for the past two years, Kia-Jordan continues to organize the "Before Service event" yearly. This event aims to communicate with our customers and provide them with exclusive top of the line services and safety on the road."


"We always make sure to be the first to launch initiatives to serve our customers, and that reflects our company's vision to satisfy our customer's needs especially in the after sales service, which is one of our top priorities" Mr. Zacharia added.

In addition to the assessment and free of charge check-up for Kia vehicles, National Arab Motors gave out an oil filter to all Kia owners visiting the event as well as a 20% discount on all parts and tires bought during these two days.

It is worth mentioning that this event comes in line with Kia-Jordan customer service initiative which was launched by the National Arab Motors two years ago, the first event was held in Mecca Mall, where visitors also had the opportunity to test drive new Kia vehicles and check-up their vehicles, the second event was held at the Dead Sea with significant attendance.
