Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University launches a Suggestion scheme e-hotline

Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University launched a Suggestion scheme e-hotline designed to communicate with the community, learners and employees of HBMEU.

This suggestion scheme e-hotline comes within the framework of the e-University's strategic plan aimed at serving individuals and the institutions in the UAE, Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University will be the first educational institution in the UAE to pose this service.

Dr. Mansoor Al Awar, Vice chancellor of Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University said:
"Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University seeks to enhance quality and excellence in performance, which is the reason behind the launch of this suggestion scheme e-hotline, we always look to communicate with the society as a whole, this service will enable us to track and resolve learners inquiries, as well as take on their notes and suggestions, we are proud to be among the first educational institutions in the region to launch such a program."


This online service is the gateway for finding out everything there is to know about the University, it is open for suggestions and inquiries concerning every aspect of the e-University life, from grants and registration to course information, it is one of the most important development tools through which the e-University can be utilize to provide quality service to the community.

This e-hotline falls in line with the e-University's objective, to meet the requirements of the UAE and the Arab world through providing high quality learning environment via e-learning and supporting lifelong learning, and to providing unique learning experiences, through developing and disseminating knowledge through excellence in scientific research.

"This new online service provides a single point of contact for learners and members of the society, a unified knowledge system and much more. We hope that this e-hotline results in a visible difference to the speed, quality and accuracy of support at Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University." Concluded Al Awar.
