Union Properties set to hand over MotorCity units this April
- United Arab Emirates: Monday, March 30 - 2009 at 15:00
- PRESS RELEASE
Union Properties PJSC (UP), one of the United Arab Emirates leading property developers is set to welcome the first residents moving into its freehold master-planned neighbourhood of UPTOWN MotorCity development in MotorCity.
"We are looking forward to welcoming the first residents of UPTOWN MotorCity in April 2009," said Lesley Sayle, Chief Property Officer, UP. "Residents moving into the development will be a combination of owners, leasing tenants of UP's rental portfolio and residents on rent-to-own plans. The development is a secure living environment architecturally designed along the lines of our first UPTOWN development."
"In order to actively assist the residents with the process of moving into their respective homes within the community, we have set up an office for our property management team on location at the Management Building of MotorCity. The team will be solely responsible for handing over properties to owners and managing the leasing portfolio of UPTOWN MotorCity," added Sayle.
With this first phasing of property deliveries UP will be handing over a total of 515 units within seven buildings. The handovers of the units are scheduled in phases based on a timely progression of the completion of the entire project.
From its leasing portfolio in UPTOWN MotorCity, in April UP will accommodate residents in a total of 367 units within five buildings.
"Currently, the landscaping is complete in the areas being handed over and residents moving into the development will have access to basement parking. Upon completion, UPTOWN MotorCity will feature an excellent variety of retail outlets, schools, play areas and recreation facilities nestled within landscaped gardens," said Sayle.
