Maktoum bin Mohammed sponsors final ceremony registration for Tamaiaz Award closed

Those students represent the seven categories for the award which are Media and Marketing and Sales, Banking and Accounting, Management and Leadership, Sharia and Law, Information Technology, Commercial Enterprises and Islamic Insurance and Finance.

The evaluation period will start soon and the final ceremony will be sponsored by His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, on May 3rd.

Rehab Lootah, CEO of the Award said that we announced a deadline for receiving applications after we extended the registration upon requests from many government and private universities, which asked us to give their students more time to prepare reports and researches appropriate. She added that after we set March 15th as the final day for applications, the Trustees Board resolved to give additional month in response to those requests.

"By merely looking onto reports and researches submitted, we know for sure that submissions have developed especially in the five categories as there are two new categories added in this round,"

Rehab Lootah explained.

"Most applications are made with joint efforts since registration terms allow participants to apply as teams of no more 5 members" added Rehab Lootah.

Rehab Lootah said that assigned to a team of specialists to classify submission until the final week of the current month, after which submissions will be evaluated up to the end of April, a week before the final ceremony for awarding of winners.

"Evaluation committees will consist of professors, businessmen and specialists from local departments and banks, which will give each candidate a fair chance for his or her research to be evaluated and examined" Rehab explained.

The winners, according to Mrs. Rehab, will be offered employment at Mawarid Finance and its subsidiaries inside and outside the country, in addition to cash prizes.
