The theme of this year's event is "High Speed Management: One-Minute Management and Digital Mentality."
Mr. Ahmad Tahlak, CEO of EMP, speaking at a press conference, said:
"We are pleased to lend support to the forum as events like this provide pointers to revitalising the management techniques that can be applied both to the government sector as well as private companies.
The sharing of experiences will be of immense benefits to local participants."
Dr Ali Al Hammadi, Chairman of Creativity Center and Chairman of the Forum, said: "Decision makers need to constantly update themselves in new techniques of management in order to success in their objectives.
This forum will provide a platform that will enable the participants to learn from success stories from around the world. In addition, management officials from local companies will also present cases studies of their successful programs."
The speakers include Dr. Ibrahim Al Fiky, an international HR expert from Egypt, Gao Youzhen, Consul General of China in Dubai, Dr. Ayoub Al Ayoub, HR expert from Kuwait, Ahmad Tahlak, CEO of EMP, Ahmed Julfar, CEO of Etisalat Corporation, Dr. Mousa Al Mazidi, a management expert from Kuwait and Mohamed Al Ali, CEO of National Bonds.
Al Hammadi said the forum is a platform for showcasing integrated solutions that would respond to the development strategies adopted by the governments of the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC), and address issues concerning "how to run our government corporations with the mentality of successful international companies."
The forum will be preceded by workshops on one-minute management, outstanding leadership and how to obtain quick results, from April 12 to 14.
