Injaz to announce Riyadh project at the 12th real estate exhibition

Prince Miteb bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, will inaugurate the exhibition.

Injaz is one of the key sponsors of the exhibition this year, which will be held at the new Riyadh International Exhibition Center.

Al-Kadi thanked Prince Miteb for his support to the exhibition and the real estate sector. He said the royal support to events such as the Riyadh exhibition will help the sector to achieve its objectives of supporting the country's development and meeting the growing demand for commercial and residential property.

Al-Kadi said Injaz's projects are based on in-depth research of the sector and community needs, and the selection of northern Riyadh is an example of the company's judicious approach to selecting project locations.

Referring to Injaz's previously unveiled Marina project in the Eastern Province, Al-Kadi said it will pioneer the concept of master development of mixed properties in the national real estate market. "Marina, our unique flagship project in the Eastern Province on the Arabian Gulf will be built over 3.3 million square meters with 4 km of water front," he noted.
