Car rental users get new Hertz, Air Miles boost

Car rental users can look forward to a new Air Miles boost when they collect a vehicle from any of 12 Hertz branches now in operation across the UAE.
Marking the launch of this new partnership, until March 31 customers will earn an additional Bonus 5,000 air miles when they select a Chrysler vehicle from the extensive Hertz UAE car rental fleet.
Launched in the UAE in 2001, Air Miles already has over 320,000 members in the Emirates. The programme's popularity is also increasing in Qatar where it was launched ten months ago. Middle East cardholders can collect their Air Miles in the both countries, while the programme will be soon launched in Saudi Arabia.
"Our new partnership with Air Miles is part of our ongoing strategy to provide our customers with the best value-for-money car rental services available, " said Bob Farrow, general manager of Hertz UAE.
All Hertz UAE vehicles come with $1 million third party insurance, and undergo a 40-point quality check-up prior to rentals.
