- PRESS RELEASE
Customers of Ford, Lincoln and Mercury in the GCC can now enjoy the benefits of Ford MENA's upgraded roadside assistance programme, titled Ford RoadAssist.
Jim Benintende, managing director of Ford Middle East & North Africa (MENA), said: "Building and maintaining customer relationships with programmes such as Ford RoadAssist is the key to success as we move forward in the region.
"Satisfied customers not only depend on world-class products but also on a service network that values them," he continued.
Ford RoadAssist is available free of charge to owners of Ford, Mercury and Lincoln vehicles - who have purchased their vehicles from Ford dealers in the GCC - under Ford's 'Bumper to Bumper' Warranty.
The service is available for the first three years with Ford and Mercury vehicles or until 60,000 kilometres have been completed. Lincoln owners enjoy the programme for the first four years or until they have driven 80,000 kilometres.
Every new customer will receive a Ford RoadAssist Welcome Pack, which explains the service and its benefits and contains call-in phone numbers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar.
