The programme aims to provide business, financial literacy and work readiness skills to young students in preparation for them entering the professional work environment as qualified employees or entrepreneurs.

Al khaliji volunteers will conduct sessions with the students for one hour every week over 10 weeks, sharing their professional lives with school students aged between 14 and 17 during the school semester 2009.

Through the courses students progress from identifying their skills and interests, learning about CV writing and job hunting, practising basic budgeting and financial planning, developing leadership and teamwork skills, discussing business ethics, managing a company and implementing a community project.

Mohamad AlKuwari, al khaliji Senior Principal of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources said, "Al khaliji is pleased to partner with Injaz Al-Arab for this unique programme. We strongly believe in the importance of training the next generation talent and it is also a great opportunity for our team to communicate directly with youths before they enter the workforce."
