Offtec deploys 4th generation wireless local area network at Amman Academy School

Offtec IT solutions, member of Offtec Investment Group, has recently provided Amman Academy School with the 4th generation wireless local area network (WLAN) using Meru Networks.

This new technology will enable teachers, students and Amman academy staff to surf the Internet, run simulation, use interactive e-learning and multimedia while guaranteeing speed, security and coverage.

The fourth generation wireless local area network has been introduced into the market with solutions for the major drawbacks that users of the third generation used to experience mainly speed, coverage and security.

In this regard, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Jararheh, Offtec IT Solutions General Manager, said, 'We at Offtec pride ourselves in continuously providing the latest to our clients. Now, both students and teachers of Amman Academy will experience an uninterrupted secure wireless local area network. The fourth generation of wireless LAN is the right infrastructure for mobility to support voice, video and data intensive applications.'
