Best Western Premier seals deals for first two hotels in Dubai

Best Western International - Asia has signed agreements with Mohammad Bin Haider Group to operate the first two Best Western Premier hotels in Bur Dubai.
Key figures at the signing ceremony were Mr. Glenn de Souza, Vice President International Operations - Asia, Best Western International (BWI), and Mr. Yaqoob Q. Shaheen - Chairman Dubai Advocates & Legal Consultants who represented Mohammad Omar Bin Haider Group, the company which owns the hotels.
Best Western International is currently rebranding the 320-room Best Western Premier Dhow Palace in Bur Dubai which is scheduled to open its doors to welcome its first guests on May 1, 2009. The hotel will offer superior standard amenities and services complemented by four restaurants, a bar, a health club, a rooftop swimming pool and magnificent meeting rooms.
Best Western will also brand the Best Western Premier Creek, Bur Dubai, a new-built hotel scheduled to open in May 2009. Best Western Premier Creek is peacefully located in one of Dubai's most desirable neighborhoods. The property comprises 222 rooms and executive suites, meeting and business facilities, two international restaurants, a lounge bar and several recreational outlets, including fitness, spa, salon and outdoor swimming pool.
The Best Western Premier brand offers comprehensive top-quality modern amenities to cater to the demands of discerning business and leisure travelers amidst stylish architecture and interior design reflective of each destination's distinct personality.
With a target to become Asia's largest hotel chain, Best Western aims to have 50,000 rooms in 22 targeted countries across Asia and the Middle East by 2011.
