The exhibition is organized by the Falconers' Club in cooperation with Turret Middle East, and with the support of the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage.
Mr. Abdullah Al-Qubaisi, ADIHEX Director, stressed that the organization of this event
"stems from the aim of the UAE leadership to revive, preserve and pass the ancient heritage of the region onto the new generation."
Qubaisi emphasized the leading role played by the UAE in various fields.
The exhibition has, since its launch, gained a large popular and international attention as it represents a valuable opportunity for the lovers of heritage, falconry, hunting, equestrian and camel sports, who are passionately waiting for this annual rendezvous.
Qubaisi said that - in addition to the traditional and cultural events that have proved successful in past ADIHEX editions, and have gained international fame - the next edition will witness new and exciting events, including rare performances of the Queen Elizabeth's Royal Cavalry Regiment for the first time in the Middle East. The Royal Cavalry Regiment will offer distinguished music performances and rare horse exhibitions exclusive to the British monarch.
Under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club, ADIHEX Emirates Championship 119-km endurance ride took place at the Emirates International Endurance Village in Al Wathba last March as a step in the process of a quality leap witnessed by every edition of the exhibition of each session of the exhibition in a bid to boost and develop equestrian.
