  • PRESS RELEASE

For the second consecutive year, The Noble House restaurant at Raffles Dubai was recognized as Dubai's Best Chinese Restaurant at the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards ceremony.

It is another tremendous accolade for The Noble House team and especially Executive Chinese Chef Peter Lau and Operations Manager Chris Won Weng Hong, who also led their teams to win last year the highly coveted Time Out Restaurant of the Year as well as Best Newcomer and Best Chinese Restaurant awards.

The judges of Time Out Dubai said, "The Noble House swept us at the Time Out restaurant awards. This restaurant is one of the most original Chinese dining concepts we have ever seen and it serves the most imaginative Chinese cuisine in Dubai. The setting is amazing, with a sense of ceremony."

The prestigious Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards recognizes the best restaurants in the city and is a highly respected event within the hospitality industry, as well as within Dubai's dining public.

The black tie event was held on 31st March and brought together Dubai's leading hotels. The Food & Beverage teams, General Managers and PR & Marketing teams all gathered in anticipation of the verdict announcing the best venues to dine in the city.

John Pelling, General Manager, Raffles Dubai, commented, "It is a very special honor for Raffles Dubai and a huge compliment to The Noble House team's constant dedication and efforts. Winning this award for the second consecutive year shows that our level of quality is consistent. It will give us the extra motivation to surpass the expectations of our patrons and residents and reinforce our desire to make it a hat-trick of wins next year."

The Noble House restaurant, set within the glass capstone at the pinnacle of the pyramid-shaped hotel, offers contemporary fine dining cuisine and enjoys the ideal location, boasting panoramic views of Dubai's skyline from the 17th floor.
