Coral Residence Tower triumphs in Trophy Challenge

The Trophy Challenge is an award for all-round excellence and pitches all the Coral properties against one another, competing for glory by excelling across all areas of hospitality. The areas taken into consideration include F&B and over all positive feedback from guest satisfaction surveys.

General Manager for the Coral Residence Tower, Fujairah, Elie Tohme, commented: "I'm absolutely delighted that we have been awarded the trophy. About the competition Elie said that he thought it was a great way to push up the standards at the hotels. "It's fabulous because it brings out the best in all the properties as there is something to work for, some recognition for really going the extra mile to please our guests and for providing something special for them.
"We of course hope that we win it next year as well, so we're not going to take receiving this trophy for granted."
