New Director of Sales and Marketing appointed at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates

Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates has appointed hospitality expert, Nasser Fawzi as it's new Director of Sales and Marketing.

"Nasser Fawzi has been a long-standing member of the Kempinski family and will be welcome addition to the team at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates," said Holger Schroth, General Manager of Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates.

"His loyalty and varied experience of the brand will see him positioned as an integral part of our hotel's future," ended Schroth.

Originally from Syria, Fawzi has spent most of his working life in different locations around the globe, commencing his hospitality career in Syria, he moved to the UAE in the mid 1990's and spent most of the next 10 years developing his skills and a firm career path within one of the regions leading hotels - Kempinski Hotel Ajman, where he successfully held roles such as Area Sales Manager and Assistance Director of Sales from 2001 to 2006, before moving to Turkey as Director of Sales for Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay Bodrum, then onto the Egypt's newest jewel Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay where he held the post of Director of Sales and Marketing throughout the hotel's pre-opening and soft opening.

Embracing his return to the UAE, Fawzi said, "I am looking forward to my role at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, and I am thrilled to be coming back to the UAE, the opportunity to further hone my skills, present new and exciting challenges that can really make a difference in the positioning of the hotel for a prosperous future."

Fluent in Arabic and English, with a good understanding of German, Fawzi is a keen sportsman with interests in Soccer, Squash and Table Tennis.
