"It is with great enthusiasm that AFGRE takes part in Next move 2009. We see this as a key opportunity to foster our business relationships through meeting and sharing ideas with industry leaders. This is essential, so that we as developers can better serve our local community, and Next Move provides the perfect forum for us to do so."
said Dr. Mohamed El Mikawi, General Manger of Al Futtaim Real Estate Development and Cairo Festival City project.
During the exhibition, AFGRE's booth will display mock-up models of Cairo Festival City's overall design as well as the individual districts that will be part of the development. These models will enable visitors to gain a visual insight about the mixed-used development, which will include indoor and outdoor retail, business and tourist hotels, office parks, automotive showrooms, schools and the residential villas district and residential apartment buildings.
The "Oriana" luxury villas will also be showcased during the exhibition demonstrating three types of villas, designed under the influence of Spanish, Italian and French architecture which will be found in Cairo Festival City.
Next Move enjoyed considerable success in 2008, when numerous real estate deals were closed by big industry players. The exhibition was attended by a number of important dignitaries including the Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development and the Governor of Cairo.
It also hosted important discussion forums during which leading real estate developers talked about the way forward for the Egyptian market.
