The project occupies a premium location within the Abdali master development in the capital city Amman and is being built by DCC.
Wissam Otaky, DCC's Jordan Area Manager said, "The successful completion of this phase of the project reflects our commitment and persistence to develop the Vertex Tower and Residences and help support the Jordanian real estate sector especially in the current global financial crisis."
He added, "Following the success we achieved in the first phase, our engineers, foremen, laborers and subcontractors are working together with consistency and confidence to complete the remaining phases of the project; as a testament to this, we are already in the process of completing the second floor of the Vertex Tower and Residences."
Vertex Tower and Residences is a 90-million-Dinar residential complex consisting of a 34-storey tower flanked by two smaller podiums. It will include over 40 different types of apartments, ranging from generous 100 square meter to spacious 400 square meter units.
