Emirates Computers showcases virtualisation solutions at Dell's Roadshow

The company showcased virtualisation solutions from VMware at the events, which were held on March 31st at Jumeirah Beach in Dubai and on April 1st at Le Royal Méridien hotel in Abu Dhabi.

CIOs and IT decision makers from across market verticals attended the technology preview.

Speaking on their participation, Mr. Bilal Hamoui, Unit Manager PCSS Division of Emirates Computers said, "We were happy to participate in Dell's Solutions roadshow 2009 in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Dell recently launched its new vision for the datacentres and unveiled new PowerEdge servers, which use Intel's next-generation Xeon processors providing breakthrough performance. The roadshow was an ideal platform for Emirates Computers to showcase our top end solutions on the new Dell platform that we have added to our enterprise offerings."

Emirates Computers is a premier partner for Dell in the region, and with the new set of solutions that Dell has to offer, is upbeat about making further inroads into the market.

At the Dell Solutions Roadshow 2009, Emirates Computers shared success stories with customers. Representatives from the company were present at the event to explain technologies as well as attend to customer queries.
