The nearly 2.5 million square meter project will offer housing plots tailored to Saudi society's needs.

Injaz Managing Director, Omar Abdullah Al-Kadi, announced the project at a press conference on the second day of the 12th real estate exhibition in Riyadh. Injaz is a key sponsor of the event and has one of the most impressive stands at the event.

Al-Kadi said:
"At this point in time, we are finalizing the project details and what we
can say now is that at Al Gamra will provide the citizens the opportunity to
own housing plots and build their homes at a master-developed location."

He said Injaz will announce details of the project, such as development plans and a time schedule for sales, in due course.

Al-Kadi said Injaz and its projects such as Al Gamra in Riyadh and Marina in the Eastern Province will bring a new momentum and introduce new quality standards to the real estate industry in Saudi Arabia.

He pointed out that there is a general consensus about the need for new real estate solutions that can meet the growing demand for housing in the Kingdom, and promised that Injaz will come up with innovative and customer-friendly approaches that will benefit the country and the community.

Al-Kadi underlined that Injaz is a master development company. "This is of great importance to the local market. What we intend to do as master developer is to ensure that our sites are developed fully for urban housing and modern community life. This means that we will ensure the provision of world-class infrastructure and community amenities for residents, such as roads, lighting, power supply, telecommunication, water systems and recreation facilities."

"The end-users will be pleased that their dream homes are located in a development that offers good roads and community amenities that are tailored to the Saudi society's needs. Investors and business houses are sure to benefit from the short and long-term prospects offered by the location," he added.

Explaining the importance of the nearly 2.5 million square meter Al Gamra project to Riyadh city and its residents, Al-Kadi said the northern part of the city is emerging as the "New Riyadh" and the project will be a natural extension of the northern suburb. This is primarily because several key government-driven initiatives are based in the north of the city. The area will benefit from newly established infrastructure and its close proximity to Riyadh's central business district. Besides, the location offers easy access to Riyadh's international airport, major hospitals and universities.

Al-Kadi said Injaz has ambitious plans to be among the leading master developers in the region. "Our leadership in this sector in Saudi Arabia will come from our customer-focused strategy and our determination to find the best partners. Internally, we are building a highly qualified team of professionals to drive our vision forward."

Al-Kadi added that Injaz will combine innovative Shariah-compliant solutions, international quality standards and sustainability principles to offer the customer optimum value for investments.

Injaz Development Company was established in 2006 in Riyadh as a master developer and investment company. It specializes in designing and building comprehensive urban community projects that form "cities within cities".

Injaz's flagship project Marina is considered one of the most important among the Kingdom's current real estate projects. It is located on the Al-Khobar-Dammam corridor on the seafront, and will consist of residential units and commercial buildings, supported by infrastructure and community amenities such as roads, mosques and recreational facilities.
