International Media Production Zone marks emphatic presence at Gulf Print and Gulf Pack 2009

The International Media Production Zone (IMPZ), a member of TECOM Investments and the only dedicated free zone for the printing, publishing, packaging (3P) and graphics art industries, today marked its emphatic presence on the opening day of the Gulf Print and Gulf Pack 2009 exhibition by showcasing its state-of-the-art facilities.
The event that runs until 9 April is regarded as the region's key industry attraction, drawing the participation of more than 12,000 trade professionals from the printing, publishing and graphic art industries.
Saeed AlFalasi, Executive Director of International Media Production Zone, delivered a speech, outlining regional drivers that will sustain the industry's continued growth.
Of the more than 2,000 companies and hundreds of freelancers registered with the TECOM media clusters, 175 companies in the publishing and 84 in the graphic art segments currently operate out of the International Media Production Zone.

International Media Production Zone:Dubai's International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) seeks to create a unique cluster environment for media production companies from across the industry value chain, and from across the world, to interact and collaborate effectively. IMPZ will be exclusively catering to the graphic arts, printing, publishing and packaging activities.
