Under the agreement Abu-Mahjoob will use SAE Institute's Airport Road Greenscreen studios and TV broadcast console to record debates and other segments for the new TV show which will explore political and socio-economic issues in a fun and engaging way.

The two organizations will also explore developing animated online content and material for delivery on mobile phones and other portable devices.

Abu-Mahjoob Creative Production's Chairman Mohammad Atiyeh said he was delighted that the two organizations will be building the industry together and providing opportunities for new creative talent to surface.

Atiyeh said:
"I'm especially proud that my daughter is one of the first diploma graduates from SAE's digital filmmaking course and that has given me an insight into the quality of training and education there."

SAE General Manager Kieran Galvin said the institute, which operates in cooperation with Al Quds College, has an aggressive industry development plan.

Galvin added, "We already have agreements with the Royal Film Commission and the Greater Municipality for whom we act as Official Media Crew."

Galvin said that SAE will execute other agreements with TV stations, radio stations, magazines and production companies in the coming weeks, all with the intention of providing employment and work experience for the 140 SAE students who will graduate in April.
