The decision follows an extensive review and consultation process designed to maximize value and deliver a high quality product within the scheduled timeframe.

Mizin has confirmed that construction across all phases of the community continues as scheduled, and that the consolidation of construction will facilitate management of the project development schedule.
Nashat Sahawneh, Chairman of DCE said, "We are happy with the confidence that Mizin has placed in DCE. The recent change in capacity will allow developers to seek further added value and we are fully committed to complete the project in line with Mizin's requirements and timeframes."

Mizin also announced that 65% of the infrastructure works for the 23.5 million sq ft Remraam community has been completed, while excavation works for foundations of 82% of the buildings have also been finished. In addition, 45% of all buildings have had foundations poured and selected buildings have reached the sixth floor.
