Xerox deploys state-of-the-art facilities management solution at Citibank

This solution allows Citibank to focus on its core business, and at the same time streamline it's printing and mailing processes along with a complete internal backup. The multi-platform solution also enables Citibank to incorporate 'highlight colour' to enhance document layout and marketing effectiveness.

"We were looking for a solution that would streamline our printing strategy, improve productivity levels, reduce our costs and also provide for future growth. After weighing several other solutions, we decided to go ahead with the cutting edge technology solution that only Xerox offered us," said Mr. Narendra Kumar, Head of Technology at Citibank, UAE.

Equipped with Xerox's revolutionary DocuPrint 92c, Citibank is able to avail of unique features such as the ability to print half tones, tints and shades in highlight colour. They can now take full advantage of the latest technology in producing documents, benefit from the usage of colour and have a consistent quality.

"At Xerox, we believe in providing a service from start to finish. We have six fully trained people on-site in order to ensure 100 per cent efficiency. We are currently printing all daily and monthly reports for the UAE operations. Our print room functions include all banking and credit card statements for UAE, Bahrain and Oman operations. The maintenance, archiving and retrieval of data is being handled by our print room staff, thus taking charge of the data library," said Mohamed Moharram, Operations Manager - Document Solutions Group, Xerox Emirates.
