With 25,000 sq. feet of fun-filled décor, an in-store carousel and children's items galore; this is Babyshop's 20th store in the UAE and the largest in Dubai.

Designed to set a new retail benchmark in the region, the store has been innovatively planned keeping in mind mothers' and children's needs. The entrance is flanked by animatronics clowns to welcome shoppers aboard. Interactive gaming platform that create changing designs on the floor at the entrance for kids to play, provides loads of fun and learning for children.

A dedicated play area ensures that parents can shop even while the children are safely engaged in play and edutainment. The spacious room is colorful and has mini homes and slides for the little ones and V-tech console with educational multimedia games for the tech-inclined children.

Focusing on its prime concern of being a mother-friendly store; a `mothers' room` has been designed separately within the store for nappy changing and baby feeding.

The toy section is a veritable mini Toyland with a life sized carousel structure featuring favorite characters like Peter Pan, Toy Story's Woody amongst others in colorful costumes. The carousel is truly a retail stacking feature that allows for some visual splendor even while providing space for displaying toys. Adding to the amusement is a mini toy train running along the ceiling as well an animatronic Jack and Jill in boxes much to the delight of both boys and girls.

The section displaying nursery furniture deserves special mention due to the wide number of pieces displayed as well as three actual room layouts giving parents designing ideas for their children's bedrooms. The layouts feature stock color themes for baby boys and girls as well as a neutral color.

"This is a luxury concept for parents where real life layouts go a long way in assisting parents to create a design plan for their child's room," said Rahul Saxena, Marketing Manager, Babyshop.

"Opening of this store at Oasis Centre is a landmark achievement for us. Not only are we thrilled to add another store to our kitty but also feel pride in being the largest babyshop store in Dubai at the Oasis Centre. The main objective behind the design of our new store was to create friendly atmosphere and make shopping a pleasurable experience for parents while keeping their children fruitfully engaged, entertained and safe. We look forward to welcoming shoppers aboard and wish them a joyous journey of exploration,"

added Saxena.
