To support the goal to optimize UAE business management best practices, Palladium also signed a memorandum of understanding with the Dubai Chamber to provide strategic performance education and training to MRM Business Award applicants and other organizations among the Chamber's 100,000 members participating in the award event activities.
"As part of our strategic objective of supporting the development of business, we are pleased to partner with Palladium in bringing strategic performance best practices to our members. The Palladium Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame is widely seen as the gold standard in recognizing strategic performance results, and the Balanced Scorecard is used by many MRM Business Award companies."
said His Excellency Hamad M. Buamim, Dubai Chamber Director General.
"I am honored to serve as a judge for the MRM Business Award," said Robert L. Howie, Jr., Managing Director, Palladium Group, Inc. "This is the third year that Palladium's expertise in strategic performance management has been called upon to help judge the applicants for this most prestigious award. Organizations worldwide can learn from the best practices of UAE companies who successfully link strategy to operations and drive breakthrough results."
This year, the judging panel also recognized a recipient for the newly-created MRM Corporate Social Responsibility Award that honors a company that integrates corporate social responsibility into its core business strategy. The MRM Business Award activities culminated in an April 7 award ceremony in Dubai that included more than 600 government officials, business leaders, and press.
Palladium Group's participation in the MRM Business Award reflects the company's growing presence in the EMEA region. The company's global locations include a Dubai office that combines a deep understanding of regional environmental and business factors with a proven methodology that enables organizations to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and achieve their business goals.
