Elli gets her musical talent from her mother, Youngeun, who is a Berlin-educated concert pianist who recognized signs of Elli's musical talent, and the toddler especially enjoyed fiddling on a toy violin.
Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer of Al Bustan Centre & Residence, said:
"We were very happy to host the delegates of the 5th International Peace Music Festival at our property which was organised under the banner of peace and the inspiration of the harmonious coexistence of so many nationalities in Dubai. It was a great honour to have the whole group especially Elli Choi. Over the years the property has always strived to promote the vibrant image of Dubai as a tourist and cultural hub in line with the mandate of Dubai Government. By welcoming them at Al Bustan Centre & Residence we tried to enhance the city's efforts of creating an environment that facilitates cultural harmony among Dubai residents."
The festival is held under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, wife of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and is one of the major events organised by Dubai Culture & Arts Authority this year.
The festival aims to encourage the interest of young Arab nationals in classical music and enhance their talent. It also aims to establish a national symphony orchestra with a strong cadre of young UAE nationals at its core. However, the main purpose of the event is to promote peace among the many nationalities of Dubai through music.
Moussa concluded it is important to have peace in the world and each one of us must contribute towards universal harmony. He thought this festival will go a long way in giving shape to the people's spirit of peace through music. He stressed that the property will keep on working with Dubai government for the common goal of spreading peace in the world with a tenacious spirit.
