Mr. Ezzeddine Hamouda, CEO of TASC Aviation and Mr. James Clark, Group VP of AAR's Aviation Supply Chain operating segment have signed this agreement during a ceremony held on 3rd of April in Toulouse, France.

AAR will position certain critical spare parts, OEM accessories, rotables and other goods and materials within TASC Aviation premises in Dubai where TASC Aviation will be able to propose various spares solutions to Airbus operators including loan, exchange, outright sale and pooling.

"This Agreement is a first milestone in what we believe to be a long term business relationship with AAR and this will allow our customers primarily in the Middle East, Africa and Subcontinent region to benefit from tasc's existing spare parts stock and those to be provided by AAR. From now onwards customers are free to choose the option which more suits their current needs and select between purchase, exchange or loan options. We are confident that in the months to come, we will be able to offer pooling option as well. On the other hand AAR will enjoy tasc's expertise and extend presence in the Middle East region by utilizing the strategic location of Dubai for a spares center"

said Ezzeddine Hamouda.

"Earlier this year, we have been granted the AS/EN9120:2002 quality management standard and renewed our ISO9001:2000 for our aircraft spare parts trading activities. In the meantime, we have also successfully passed the quality standard requirements of Airbus. These are considered as major steps in our quality processes in recognition of the very high standard of our quality management being routinely carried out at the TASC Aviation spares centre at Dubai International Airport", he added.
