'This workshop will commence from March 10 to 12 as evening sessions - starting from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. It will mark the beginning of a series of seven workshops on Logistics and Supply Chain Management specially developed by TransLogistique Canada (TLC) www.translogistique.org - a consulting company with over 20 years of track experience in training people around the world.' Wadah M. Al Taha, Head, Strategic Marketing, Dubai University College.
The Canadian consultant will work with companies and their executives participating in the high-powered workshop to unlock the value of their customer relationships. 'Speed, focus and direction' will be the driving force of the dynamic organizations in UAE deploying global logistics strategy.
The consultant , Philbhert Suresh, explained the strength of new careers and professional development in supply chain management. People must train continuously or else they will be prey of a resurging competition from the next generation companies in the GCC region. TLC will leverage real-world experience to help participants deal with their customers in more skillful and satisfying ways especially in the value added logistics services. TLC delivers on this promise by optimizing the interaction between people, process and systems within the organization to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction and greater return on investment (ROI).
TLC will do this in 3 ways:
1) Skills Training to enable customer-facing personnel to deliver exceptional levels of customer service;
2) Design and Implementation of business process techniques to serve the customer in efficient, effective and consistent manners; and
3) Identification of the appropriate business processes to automate, enabling companies to get the most from their investments in technology.
The TLC approach is to work closely with UAE and Middle East clients to help them capture the knowledge of their team so that they can leverage it to build more valuable, long-term relationships with their customers.
