Land Rover unveils new LR4, Range Rover Sport and Range Rover for 2010 at New York Motor Show

Land Rover announced the launch of an all new Land Rover LR4 and its 2010 models, Range Rover Sport and Range Rover, at the New York Motor Show being held this week.

Powered by all new LR-V8 Naturally aspirated petrol and the LR-V8 Supercharged engines, the 2010 vehicles set new benchmarks for performance and economy, boasting substantial increases in power and torque over their predecessors as well as reduced lower emissions and reduced fuel consumption.

The Land Rover LR4 boasts striking exterior design changes and redesigned interiors, cutting edge new technologies and chassis refinements.

"The new 2010 Range Rover, Land Rover LR4 and Range Rover Sport combine world beating performance and luxury with reduced CO2 emissions thanks to a stunning new engine and transmission line up. Inside, we've moved the game on too, with innovative new technologies, such as the world's first dual-view touch-screen display on the Range Rover. All three cars continue to set the pace when it comes to power, efficiency and refinement,"

Striking, contemporary, interior and exterior upgrades characterise the new 2010 model year Land Rovers. Chassis refinements including Adaptive Damping, new brakes and updated Terrain Response gives unrivalled all-terrain performance, which is synonymous with Land Rover vehicles.

Commenting on the news, Robin Colgan, Managing Director of Jaguar Land Rover Middle East and North Africa said: "We are very excited about the new vehicles and the advanced engines that set benchmarks in terms of performance, economy and sustainability. We have seen strong demand for our vehicles in the Middle East and with the new 2010 line-up we can only build on that success."

The 2010 vehicles will be available in showrooms across the Middle East later in the year.
