"This stylish new venue has it all - a vibrant atmosphere to enjoy a fresh fusion menu, an innovative beverage selection and sleek lounge area, all garnished with unparalleled service and ambience,"
said Stephane Blanc, Executive Assistant Manager, Le Meridien Dubai.
Situated over two floors, this sleek, urban space offers up to 600 people a myriad of choices for the ultimate evening out, including a European-style bistro serving soups, sandwiches and mussels, garden, as well as a stylish bar both situated on the venue's ground floor.
On Warehouse's upper level, a chic bar and fusion restaurant offers diners new cuisine in a captivating setting. Live music and a DJ are designed to keep Dubai's party people busy long into the night and for private events, a glassed-in VIP area allows guests an intimate, yet highly visible, environment complete with its own sound system.
"The restaurant menu at Warehouse is an amalgamation of seafood, carnivorous choices, and other freshly-prepared fusion dishes, served in an elegant and intimate setting" said Chef Pierrick Cizeron, Executive Chef, Le Meridien Dubai.
Some of the restaurant's signature dishes include foie gras miso soup, grilled rib-eye with chimichurri, fried onions and Masala chips and Tasmanian salmon wrapped in Kunaffah pastry with poached white asparagus.
The restaurant is also introducing its Friday drunch this week, the 'Drunch', with Mojito-inspired drinks and favourites from the menu served to diners 'tapas' style from 1 pm to 4 pm.
Starting 5th of May, Tuesday's ladies night is designed to keep the girls coming back for more.
"Warehouse is a true contemporary space with a fresh menu, vibrant atmosphere and unparalleled choice, be it food or music, making it accessible to a variety of audiences. There is no venue in Dubai that has the sophistication of a world-class restaurant and lounge with the energy and excitement of a nightspot," added Blanc.
Warehouse is open daily from 5 pm until 3 am; and on Fridays from 12 noon onwards.
