The incentive trip was prompted by Suzuki Saudia's 30% increase in sales across all its vehicle categories in 2008.

The trip to Japan included a series of educational and entertainment programs which was highlighted by a site-visit to Suzuki's manufacturing plant, giving the employees a first hand experience of how vehicles are manufactured.

Maher Alnabawy, Deputy General Manager of Suzuki Saudia, said:

"Suzuki Saudia values the excellent performance and dedication of its staff, and the trip is the way of showing our appreciation. We have posted a very good year in terms of sales and our after-sales services that have been appreciated by our customers. Rewards like this trip to Japan will go a long way in boosting the confidence and morale of the employees and motivate them to strive harder."

"Moreover, the trip to the manufacturing plant in Japan has ensured that the team fully understands the entire production cycle, which will also make them better prepared while dealing with customers," Alnabawy concluded.
